Job summary

Ignite Talent Group is recruiting an experienced Quantity Surveyor for their Leeds office, UK base. The role is hands-on, taking ownership from estimating through final account on varied projects up to £30m+.

You will manage CVRs, subcontractors, and cost reporting, ensuring margins are protected. You'll work closely with pre-construction and operations teams in a Design & Build environment, with exposure to commercial office, refurbishment and fit-out schemes, collaborating with clients and

Qualifications

• Experience delivering commercial construction, refurbishment, fit-out or D&B projects.
• Ability to manage projects cradle-to-grave from estimating to final account.
• Strong understanding of CVRs and using them to drive project performance.
• Experience with fully subcontracted works and procurement processes.
• Proficient in cost forecasting, procurement and final accounts.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from estimating through to final account, cradle-to-grave.
• Provide commercial input at early stages and support forecasting.
• Manage procurement, cost reporting and CVRs to protect margins.
• Challenge costs and manage subcontractors across projects.
• Collaborate with pre-construction and operations teams in DB environments.
