3D Personnel Ltd is seeking a Quantity Surveyor for a major data centre project in Blyth, Northumberland. The role focuses on commercial management of subcontract packages, valuations, cost reporting and change control for a high-profile infrastructure project.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Quantity Surveying (or similar) and demonstrable experience with large main-contractor projects, preferably in data centres, with strong negotiation and communication skills.

• QS experience with a main contractor on large projects.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage subcontract packages commercially.
• Prepare valuations, payment certificates and cost reports.
• Manage variations and change control.
• Support procurement and package awards.
• Support final account agreement.
