Job summary

Foster & May Limited, a Bolton-based chartered Quantity Surveying consultancy, is seeking a well-rounded Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Greater Manchester. You will work on a range of projects across retail, industrial, residential, and healthcare, delivering cost management both pre- and post-contract and collaborating closely with clients.

Ideal candidates have a Quantity Surveying degree, 2+ years of experience, and a drive to pursue MRICS.

Qualifications

• Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or similar.
• 2+ years Quantity Surveying experience.
• Ideally worked within a PQS / Consultancy practice.
• Good pre contract knowledge.
• Keen to achieve MRICS (if not chartered already)

Responsibilities

• The successful Quantity Surveyor will work with a diverse Quantity Surveying team, and deliver an array of projects including retail, industrial, residential, and healthcare.
• The new Quantity Surveyor will have the opportunity to carry out a full cost management role, pre and post contract, including cost planning, contract administration, procurement, and working closely with clients.
