Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience in the industry.
• 3-5 years’ experience in a QS role.
• Strong understanding of work contracts.
• Working knowledge of Mechanical/Electrical packages.
• Proficient with Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• High accuracy and attention to detail.
• Able to negotiate with clients professionally.

Responsibilities

• Review subcontract documentation and ensure compliance.
• Pricing of Mechanical and Electrical tenders as required.
• Measurement and pricing of contract variations.
• Prepare monthly Interim Applications for Payments.
• Issuing contractual notices and evaluating claims.
• Provide accurate, competitive estimates to enquiries.
• Liaise with client, main contractor and other departments.
• Measurement of site progress and cash flow forecasting.
