Job summary

BP Installations Limited is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial management of projects from pre-construction through final accounts. Based at Gatwick Airport Offices, the role focuses on cost control, NEC main contract & subcontract administration, valuations and financial reporting to ensure projects stay within budget and align with contractual terms.

Experience in aviation projects is preferred but not essential, with opportunities to collaborate across procurement,

• Final accounts and project reporting knowledge desired.

Job description

The Role:

The Quantity Surveyor supports the commercial management of projects from pre-construction through to final account.

The role focuses on cost control, NEC main contract & subcontract administration, valuations, and financial reporting, ensuring projects are delivered within budget and in accordance with agreed contractual terms.

The role does not include responsibility for contract drafting or legal review but requires the ability to administer and manage contracts in line with agreed terms and Company procedures.

Based at Gatwick Airport Offices working primarily on Fit Out Aviation Projects - Aviation experience preffered but not essential
