ABOUT THE ROLE

I am looking for two Quantity Surveyors interested in joining a growing concrete frame and groundwork subcontractor based near Essex and East London, with offices also near Gatwick. Your role will report to the commercial director or a commercial manager, depending on experience, and involve overseeing projects from pre-contract to final account, focusing on concrete frame or groundwork packages. The company is expanding rapidly, with a turnover exceeding £100 million, and offers opportunities for career progression within a close-knit team committed to growth in this competitive sector.

REQUIREMENTS

Applicants must have UK experience working for rival groundwork or concrete frame subcontractors as a Quantity Surveyor. A degree in quantity surveying or commercial management is essential. Due to the location of the offices, candidates should be based in or around Essex, Kent, South London, or the southern home counties to facilitate commuting. Site visits will be required, but a portion of the work will be office-based.

REWARDS AND BENEFITS

The salary range for this role is between £50,000 and £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. The package includes pension contributions and a structured bonus scheme.
