ABOUT THE ROLE

I am looking for two Quantity Surveyors interested in joining a growing concrete frame and groundwork subcontractor based on the borders of Essex and East London. Depending on experience, your position will report either directly to the commercial director or to a commercial manager, overseeing one or multiple projects from pre-contract to final account. The company is expanding rapidly, currently turning over £100 million+, with plans for further growth. REQUIREMENTS

Applicants must have UK experience working for rival groundwork or concrete frame subcontractors as a Quantity Surveyor. A degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management is essential due to the technical nature of the role. It is also preferable that candidates are based in or near Essex, Kent, South London, or the southern home counties for convenient access to the offices. Site visits will require travel, with some time expected at the office.

REWARDS AND BENEFITS

Salary ranges from £50,000 to £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. The package includes pension, a structured bonus scheme, and other standard benefits.
