Job summary

An established commercial fit-out contractor in Bristol City Centre is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial team on a major £50M+ refurbishment and retrofit project. The role covers procurement, subcontractor management, cost reporting and change control across Cat A/B works.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor in commercial fit-out, refurbishment or retrofit.
• Experience delivering Cat A or Cat B projects.
• Strong cost control, valuations, variations and change management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.

We are working with a leading commercial fit out contractor delivering a major £50M+ refurbishment and retrofit project in Bristol City Centre, transforming a large-scale development into a high-quality modern workspace.

Due to continued project progression, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial team.

This opportunity would suit a commercially driven individual with experience delivering Cat A or Cat B commercial fit out, refurbishment or retrofit projects. The client is open to considering candidates seeking either a permanent position or a fixed-term contract, depending on experience and availability.

The Role
