Job summary

Scottish Water Horizons is seeking a commercially focused professional to join its growing commercial team at the head office in Stepps. You will manage project budgets, assist with negotiations, contract terms, and monthly reporting, while supporting project managers commercially.

The role requires NEC contract knowledge, attention to detail, and strong IT skills. You will contribute to risk management, change control, accruals, and cost reporting across contractor and client-side projects.

Qualifications

• Experience applying commercial and contractual controls in construction projects.
• Strong understanding of contract terms and risk management.
• Experience on both contractor and client-side projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project budgets, costs and income; support monthly reporting.
• Assist project managers with negotiations and contract terms.
• Manage and mitigate commercial risks; support change control and accruals.
