Job summary

Scottish Water in Scotland is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to provide contractual and commercial leadership on major projects, reporting to the Commercial Team Manager. You will ensure contract documents are in order and guide change management, payments, and final accounts.

Qualifications

• You have a relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or Project Management or similar.
• Experience managing NEC contracts and contract administration.
• Strong numeracy and reporting skills; IT literate in Microsoft Office and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead contractual and commercial matters on projects.
• Maintain contract documents and lifecycle management with best practices.
• Monitor costs, quotations, budgets and forecast accuracy.
• Build strong relationships with project teams and support development of colleagues.
