Are you a Quantity Surveyor working within the Civil Engineering industry? Our client is one of the North West's leading subcontractors, becoming the recommended choice for all types of groundworks and Civil Engineering. Offering a basic salary around £45,000-£52,000 depending on experience, along with additional benefits and a car.

The Quantity Surveyor position will be office-based in Worsley with easy access to transport, which shortens the working day. The ideal QS should be enthusiastic and ambitious to progress in their career. You will be given responsibilities that support your career growth, depending on your aspirations.

Your core duties will include supporting and reporting directly to the Head of Commercial. They have tendered and won major groundworks packages this year with some of the housing market's major contractors like Bellway Homes and Vistry Group. They aim to continue growing their workload and expanding their commercial team. This individual will be responsible for responding to tender bids, preparing Bills of Quantities (BoQ), and pricing to support their drive to win new and existing business.

The package includes a basic salary of £45,000-£52,000 depending on experience. They are open to discussing and negotiating packages that suit your needs.
