Job summary

Solum Assets Ltd in Worcester is seeking a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage cost controls and reporting on civil engineering and groundworks projects valued around £1m–£6m.

The role combines site-based and office work within a 30-mile radius of Worcester, with reporting to the Commercial Director on multiple projects and a healthy forward order book.

Salary is £50,000 - £80,000 + package, with pension and holidays.

• Experience in civil engineering and groundworks projects.
• On-site measurement, valuations and variations experience preferred.

Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor

Civil Engineering & Groundworks packages

PERMANENT Salary £50,000 - £80,000 + Package

Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor needed to manage the cost controls and cost reporting 1 - 3 civil engineering and groundworks projects, each valued at circa £1m - £6m

Quantity Surveyor should be self sufficient and be able to manage their own workload

and responsibilities. A mixture of site based and office working

• Sites are within generally 30 miles of the Worcester areas
• Reporting to Commercial Director
• Working for a very established business with a healthy order book and forward works
• All clients are large blue chip construction organisations

• Monthly cost value reconciliations
