Mott MacDonald Bentley, a design and build business, is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to manage costs across a diverse Yorkshire Water project portfolio. You will oversee cost reporting, procurement, and contractor contracts, driving value and risk management throughout the project lifecycle.
You will contribute from early contractor involvement through to handover, coordinating with delivery teams to ensure projects finish on time, to budget and to required quality standards.

As a Quantity Surveyor, you'll work on a diverse portfolio of Yorkshire Water projects that make a real difference to customers, communities and the environment. These include clean water and wastewater treatment schemes, network infrastructure projects such as mains renewals, reservoir safety works, environmental improvement projects and storm overflow reduction programmes.
You will be involved throughout the entire project lifecycle, from early contractor involvement, optioneering and tender negotiations through to design, procurement, construction, commissioning and handover. You will help ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
