Job summary

Pertemps Tm in Bristol is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a growing construction consultancy. You will own projects from inception through completion, overseeing cost planning, procurement, contract administration and commercial management.

The role offers hybrid/flexible working, a competitive salary circa £60k plus a generous benefits package, and a clear career path into senior leadership with extensive training and mentoring.

Qualifications

• Experience in consultancy or client-side Quantity Surveying.
• Strong knowledge of NEC and/or JCT contracts.
• Experience in cost management, procurement and contract administration.
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.

Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor | Bristol

Circa £60k + package

Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking to join a growing, multi-disciplinary construction consultancy where your career development is genuinely prioritised?

With a strong pipeline of work, excellent staff retention and a collaborative culture, they are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to help deliver an exciting portfolio of projects across a range of sectors.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of projects from inception through to completion, managing cost planning, procurement, contract administration and commercial management while working closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams. The ideal candidate will have:

• Consultancy or client-side Quantity Surveying experience
• Strong knowledge of NEC and/or JCT contracts
• Experience in cost management, procurement and contract administration
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills
• MRICS status (or working towards it) would be advantageous
• Full UK driving licence
