An experienced Quantity Surveyor is required to join a leading UK infrastructure organisation delivering major capital investment projects across critical utility networks. This is an opportunity to become part of a business responsible for maintaining and enhancing nationally significant infrastructure, supporting long-term investment programmes and the delivery of essential services.
We are seeking a commercially focused Quantity Surveyor to provide financial and contractual oversight across a portfolio of construction and infrastructure projects. Working closely with Project Managers and delivery teams, you will play a key role in managing contractual relationships, controlling project expenditure, overseeing forecasting activities and ensuring robust commercial governance throughout the project lifecycle. You will support tender evaluations, contract negotiations, risk management and dispute resolution processes whilst helping to drive commercial best practice across the portfolio.
It is essential you hold experience as a QS and a strong understanding and experience working on NEC contracts. You will be capable of building effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, contractors and various senior figures from other functions across the business.
