Job summary

Russell Taylor Group Ltd in Manchester/North West is seeking a dedicated Quantity Surveyor to join a specialist subcontractor division. You will manage subcontractor packages, monitor commercial performance and drive projects from procurement through final account.

Experience in SFS or drylining is advantageous but not essential; a strong subcontracting or trade background with excellent negotiation skills will be valued. This is a permanent, on-site role with a reputable contractor.

My client is part of a large reputable group of contractors, due to continued success of northwest secured frameworks, they require an additional Quantity Surveyors to join an established the team. The position is within their specialist subcontractor division working in the North West.

The division specialises in SFS and drylining, delivering a variety of refurbishment projects across hospitals, schools and commercial buildings.

The Opportunity

This is a fantastic permanent opportunity for an experienced QS with a subcontracting background. Experience within SFS or drylining would be advantageous, but any strong subcontracting or trade background will be considered.
