Mitie Power & Grid is seeking a passionate Quantity Surveyor to join our Major Projects team and help deliver high‑value UK infrastructure. You will work with Project Managers, Engineers and supply chain to manage costs, contracts and change control in a collaborative, hybrid environment.

We're looking for a motivated Quantity Surveyor to join our growing Major Projects team and support the successful delivery of high-value infrastructure projects across the UK. Whether your experience comes from power, utilities, civil engineering, rail, highways, water, M&E or the wider construction sector, this is an exciting opportunity to develop your commercial career in a business operating at the forefront of the energy transition. Working within a hybrid environment, you'll be part of a collaborative team supporting project delivery from pre-construction through to final account, gaining exposure to complex projects, experienced commercial professionals and major UK infrastructure programmes.
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will support the commercial management of major projects throughout their lifecycle, helping to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and profitably. You will work closely with Project Managers, Engineers, Planners, clients and supply chain partners to manage costs, administer contracts, support change management and maintain strong commercial controls.The role offers an excellent opportunity to develop within a growing business and build a long-term career within the Power & Grid sector.
