Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.

  • Proficiency in costs, procurement, and contract law.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and analyse costing for tenders and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the architect and/or the client.
