Job description

Due to a rapid increase in workload within their Rail and LU sectors, our client, a highly reputable Medium Sized Main Contractor, is seeking to secure the services of a Quantity Surveyor to support these works, which include Station Upgrades, Platform Extensions, MEP, and LV works.

Location and Working Arrangements

Based in Sidcup, with remote working options available, the role involves overseeing Sub Contractor Accounts, issuing payments, cost reporting, and managing variations.

Candidate Requirements

1. Minimum of an HNC in Quantity Surveying.
2. Experience in London Underground and/or Network Rail projects.
3. Experience working within a Main Contracting environment.

Offer Details

The position offers a competitive day rate (Inside IR35), an immediate start, and a long-term contract. Flexible working arrangements, including remote work, are also available.
