Job summary

4Site Recruitment Ltd. is representing a well-established London-based cost consultancy seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a close-knit team in Victoria.

You'll manage multiple projects ranging from £3m to £70m, engage in pre-contract cost planning, estimating and procurement, and build strong relationships with clients and project teams while gradually taking on more responsibilities as you develop within the business.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Assistant, Intermediate or Senior Quantity Surveyor.
• Pre-contract cost planning and estimating experience required.
• Consultancy experience preferred; contractor candidates considered.
• CostX experience is highly desirable.

Assistant Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor

Location: Victoria, London

Salary: £35,000-£70,000 + package, depending on experience

4Site Recruitment is pleased to be representing a well-established London-based cost consultancy looking to expand its team, with opportunities available for both an Assistant Quantity Surveyor and an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor.

The business works across some of London's most exciting projects, with a strong focus on prime residential, alongside major residential, commercial and education schemes. Project values range from £3m to £70m, offering exposure to high-quality developments and a varied workload.

This is a great opportunity to join a close-knit, relatively young team where you'll have the chance to take ownership of projects, develop your experience and work alongside an experienced team.

The Role

• Manage 2-3 projects at a time across a varied portfolio.

What They're Looking For

• Experience as an Assistant, Intermediate or Senior Quantity Surveyor.
• Pre-contract experience is essential.
• Consultancy experience would be advantageous, although contractor-side candidates will also be considered.
• CostX experience is highly desirable.
• Someone commercially minded who enjoys working collaboratively in a close-knit team.
