• Qualified Quantity Surveyor with relevant degree.
• Experience in cost control and contract administration.
• familiarity with Bills of Quantities and cost reporting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage Bills of Quantities and cost plans.
• Monitor project costs and commercial performance across schemes.
• Support bid preparation and client/contractor negotiations.
