Job summary

Leo Force in Nottingham is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to own pre- and post-contract commercial activities within a forward-thinking organisation that genuinely invests in its people. You will support senior leadership and take responsibility for forecasting and reporting project financial performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within construction, consultancy or design environments.
• Strong working knowledge of NEC contracts.
• Experience in subcontractor procurement and commercial management.
