As part of our Cost and Commercial Management (CCM) team, you'll work directly with major Nuclear clients; using your expertise to deliver contract management, risk management, and cost control; supporting clients to deliver their projects on time and within budget.

As a Quantity Surveyor, you'll join a team of multi-disciplinary project professionals on a variety of projects in the nuclear sector. Your role will support:

• Formation of effective commercial and contracting strategies,
• Supporting contract procurement;
• Building and maintaining effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders; and
• Commercial administration of contracts during the execution phase to help support the safe delivery of value-for-money solutions for our clients' programmes, projects, and business objectives.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Hold or be working towards a professional qualification or chartered status with a relevant professional institution, e.g., RICS, CIPS, ICE, CIOB, etc.
• Experience administering the NEC suite of contracts from either a contracting or consulting background, preferably gained from the UK infrastructure sector
• Understanding key commercial drivers within the construction industry, and experience in delivering commercial analysis and insights on contract data
• Demonstration of self-management and prioritisation skills with the ability to work under pressure and deliver on project timescales
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to influence stakeholders and third parties
