Quantity Surveyor - Manchester

Due to exponential growth, this leading international, independent real estate consultancy is currently looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their Cost Management team in Manchester to cover a variety of exciting cost management instructions across various building sectors.

The role of Cost Manager involves assisting Chartered staff in a mix of professional and project-based quantity surveying work on all types of commercial property. As a Cost Manager, you will ideally be working towards your APC and becoming a Chartered Quantity Surveyor.

Instructions are typically split about 50:50 between pre and post-contract project work, and you will provide cost management support on projects generally ranging from £500k to £15m.

You will possess a Degree or MSc in Quantity Surveying, with ideally some work experience in a commercial property environment.
