Quantity Surveyor

Tottenham, North London (Commutable from: Hackney, London, Watford, Ilford, Chelmsford)

Are you a Quantity Surveyor, from a residential / construction background, looking to join a growing business, where you will be recognised as an expert in your field and work on state-of-the-art developments across Greater London?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established company, where you will be an integral part of an expanding company, and have a real impact on the company's development.

The company area a leading development company, working on residential / high rise projects across Greater London. You'll be joining at an excellent time as they look to add a quantity surveyor to their growing team.

In this role you will survey the company's residential projects, responsible for managing and outlining detailed costs and project budgets as well as any potential risk. You will also be involved with contract management and assisting the procurement teams.

The role would suit a quantity surveyor, looking to join an expanding development company, where you will have the chance to further develop and progress your career.

The Role:
