ASSA ABLOY is seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor to oversee commercial and contractual aspects of construction projects in Lisburn, Northern Ireland. You will work with Contract Managers, Finance teams and clients from tender through final accounts.
The role requires at least 5 years of QS experience, strong commercial acumen, and solid knowledge of NEC3/JCT contracts. Travel and ERP experience are desirable, with a permanent, on-site position in a global access solutions group.
