Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join the Lisburn team, overseeing commercial and contractual performance on UK & Ireland client projects. You will collaborate with Contract Managers, Finance, and clients from tender through final accounts, ensuring profitable outcomes.

The role requires at least five years' QS experience in construction or building products, strong commercial and financial management skills, and familiarity with NEC3/JCT contracts.

Qualifications

• Qualified Quantity Surveyor with industry experience.
• Strong commercial awareness and financial management capability.
• Sound understanding of NEC3 and JCT contracts.

Responsibilities

• Provide commercial and contractual support from tender to final account.
• Reviewing and negotiating customer contract terms to identify risks and opportunities.
• Developing, monitoring and managing project budgets and forecasts.
• Managing variations and subcontractor budgets to maximise profitability.
• Produce financial forecasts and monitor project profitability.
