Qualifications

• Experience delivering pre- and post-contract quantity surveying services.
• Working knowledge of NEC3 contracts.
• Cost and value management expertise.
• Experience in power, substation, or related infrastructure projects.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• MRICS qualification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct monthly cost value reconciliation and cash flow forecasting.
• Oversee invoicing, debts, and commercial post-audit processes.

An established contractor is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join their Leeds head office on a permanent basis. The role

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will lead the commercial delivery across a range of construction projects, from underground cabling and overhead lines to substation installations. You will manage cost and value from feasibility through to final handover, ensuring the financial success of each project.
