Job summary

J3a Recruitment is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join a growing infrastructure contractor in the North West. You will manage commercial, contractual and financial aspects across utilities and civil engineering projects from procurement through final account.

You will work with operational and project teams, handle valuations, cost reports, subcontractor payments, variances and forecasting, using NEC contracts as a framework.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor within utilities, civil engineering or infrastructure.
• Good commercial and contractual knowledge.
• Experience working with NEC contracts.
• Strong cost management and forecasting skills.
• Confidence dealing with clients, subcontractors and project teams.
• Experience across water, wastewater, power, gas, telecoms or wider utilities infrastructure would be relevant.

Quantity Surveyor - Utilities & Infrastructure

An established infrastructure contractor is looking to add a Quantity Surveyor to its growing commercial team in the North West.

Working across a portfolio of utilities and infrastructure projects, you'll take commercial responsibility for projects from initial procurement through delivery and final account.

The Role

You'll work closely with operational and project teams to ensure projects are delivered commercially, contractually and financially.

What We're Looking For
