Sizewell C Limited, in collaboration with the Civil Works Alliance (CWA), is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to deliver commercial governance across a £200m annual spend on the Sizewell C project. You will support the ASTOC Commercial Lead and Senior Quantity Surveyor in contract administration, reporting, and audit readiness.
You will manage PSCs, maintain records, handle CRFs, assist with IR35, and work within SAP and Unifier to ensure robust controls.

As part of the CWA (Civil Works Alliance), you will support the building of Sizewell C. Sizewell C will be a 3.2-gigawatt power station generating low-carbon electricity for around 6 million homes and will play a key role in our energy future, supplying reliable, clean electricity for at least 60 years.This role will be within theCWA Wide Section.
The Quantity Surveyor will deliver comprehensive commercial administration and governance support across the ASTOC portfolio, managing approximately £200m per year of staff and professional services expenditure. The successful candidate will provide critical commercial, contract administration, and governance support to the ASTOC Commercial Lead and Managing/Senior Quantity Surveyor, ensuring robust financial controls and audit readiness across a complex services environment.

You will be capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously, demonstrating a proactive approach to governance compliance and risk management.
