Job summary

Fyba Talent are working with a leading engineering and infrastructure business to strengthen its commercial team with a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor to support a growing portfolio of multidisciplinary engineering and design projects.

You will manage commercial performance, cost reporting, forecasting and change control, support precontract pricing and commercial engagement for design packages, and work with NEC3/4 contracts. Hybrid working in the UK.

Qualifications

Experience as a QS or Senior QS working with NEC contracts.
Strong commercial awareness and cost-control skills.
Background in design-led or multidisciplinary engineering environments.
MRICS/MICES qualified or working towards chartership.

Responsibilities
