Job summary

Solum Assets Ltd in Gloucestershire is seeking a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage cost controls and cost reporting on civil engineering and groundworks packages, typically on 1–3 projects valued at £1m–£6m.

The role combines on-site and office duties, with site work within about 30 miles of Gloucester. You will report to the Commercial Director and work for a well-established contractor with a strong order book, maintaining client relationships with blue-chip clients.

Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor – Civil Engineering & Groundworks packages

Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor needed to manage the cost controls and cost reporting on between 1-3 civil engineering and groundworks projects, each valued at circa £1m - £6m

Quantity Surveyor should be self sufficient and be able to manage their own workload and responsibilities. A mixture of site based and office working

• Sites are within generally 30 miles of the Gloucester areas
• Reporting to Commercial Director
• Working for a very established business with a healthy order book and forward works
• All clients are large blue chip construction organisations
