  • Experience of reviewing contractor costs across high-volume repairs and maintenance workstreams.

  • A track record of delivering measurable savings, efficiencies and performance improvements.

  • Strong financial management, budgeting and costing experience.

  • Excellent analytical skills and the confidence to use data to inform decisions.

  • Strong Excel capability, including PivotTables, lookup formulas and graphs.

  • Excellent influencing, negotiation and communication skills.

  • The ability to challenge constructively, resolve conflict and build effective long-term partnerships.

  • An HND, relevant professional qualification or equivalent experience within construction, housing, property or Quantity Surveying.

  • A full UK driving licence and the ability to drive when required for the role.

Knowledge of building and contract law, building regulations and health and safety legislation would also be advantageous.
