The role covers full commercial lifecycle from procurement to final account, working with operations, project managers and supply chain partners to maximise commercial performance.

This is a full-time role. On offer is a competitive salary, company vehicle, bonus and benefits package.Role OverviewTo provide proactive commercial management of designated Midland Heart workstreams, ensuring contractual entitlement is protected, costs are effectively managed, and commercial performance is maximised.The Quantity Surveyor will act as the commercial lead on one or two allocated workstreams whilst working collaboratively within the wider Midland Heart commercial team.
