Based in Cardiff Full-Time Projects Across Wales & the South West

We are working with an award-winning and expanding specialist in curtain walling, windows, and doors, is looking for a talented Quantity Surveyor to join a dynamic commercial team!

The company we are working with are shaping the skyline with cutting-edge building envelope solutions, working on major developments like Cardiff s Central Square. With ongoing investment in tech, training and people, they are future focused within new sectors, and smarter ways to build.

What You ll Do:

• Work closely with main contractors on high-profile projects

• Manage valuations, variations, payments & final accounts

• Negotiate contracts, monitor sub-contractors & liaise across departments

• Report to the Commercial Director and support company growth

What We re Looking For:

• Surveying experience (essential)

• a minimum of a bachelor's degree in quantity surveying

• Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills

• Industry experience preferred

• Reliable, proactive, and driven personality
