Job summary

Elevation Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a growing construction business in the United Kingdom. You will work closely with the commercial and pre-construction teams, providing commercial and contractual support across multiple projects and tenders.

Responsibilities include reviewing contracts, identifying risks, advising internal teams, and supporting procurement strategies and complex bids.

Qualifications

• Experience in a commercial or pre-construction QS role.
• Strong knowledge of JCT, NEC, and bespoke contracts.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Able to manage multiple tenders in a fast-paced environment.
• Quantity Surveying degree desirable.
