Navartis Ltd is seeking a Quantity Surveyor for a Tier 1 contractor on a large substations civils project in Aberdeenshire. The role supports a busy commercial team with NEC contract exposure, reporting, and change management. Hybrid working is available, with travel and accommodation provided depending on location.

Senior QS candidates may also be considered. You will join a knowledgeable commercial team, responsible for client liaison, cost control, and maintaining professional standards

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role is required.
• NEC experience is required or highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills with client-facing ability.

Responsabilités

• Work with the NEC contract on project commercial matters.
• Produce and deliver regular reporting to stakeholders.
• Manage change orders and commercial variations.
• Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure commercial success.
• Be self-sufficient and able to hit the ground running.

Quantity Surveyor

This is a great opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor join a well known Tier 1 Contractor working on a large sub station related project which has lots of civils related aspects to the project.This is in the Aberdeenshire Region. They do offer some hybrid working as well as travel and accommodation provided (depending on candidates location)

The company is a well known Tier 1 contractor who operate nationwide throughout the UK and have a number of Regional offices. As a Quantity Surveyor you will be joining the existing commercial team. As a Quantity Surveyor you must be self sufficient and be able to hit the ground running.
