QCS Staffing Ltd in London is seeking a Risk Manager to support a London-based project in the data centre sector. The role focuses on quantitative risk analysis, schedule and cost risk modeling, and Monte Carlo forecasting to improve project certainty.

You will lead risk workshops, engage stakeholders, and contribute to programme controls while ensuring governance and robust risk registers across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in mathematics or construction discipline, with post-graduate experience.
• Pre- and post-contract experience.
• Experience on complex engineering projects with knowledge of construction lifecycles.
• Good understanding of schedule management, estimating and cost management.
• Ability to develop and maintain risk registers aligned to client governance.

What you'll need:

• Degree qualified - preferably with a mathematics or construction related discipline (with post-graduate experience).


• Pre and post contract experience.


• Experience working on complex engineering projects with good knowledge of construction project lifecycles stages.


• Good understanding on the principles of schedule management, estimating and cost management.


• Able to develop and maintain comprehensive risk registers, aligned to client governance processes and best practice.
