Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an analytical field.
• Expected graduation by the end of 2026.
• Financial market knowledge is a must.
• Interest in the Finance/Tech industry.
• Demonstrated initiative and ability to solve problems independently.
• Strong analytical skills and sound judgement with attention to detail.
• Mature, thoughtful and collaborative with a team.
• Basic experience with Python and Jupyter notebooks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable presenting ideas and updates in meetings with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support management on strategic, operational, and analytical initiatives.
• Help align project deliverables with program goals and outcomes.
• Design, build, and enhance systematic project dashboards.
• Perform analysis, reporting, and tracking across key initiatives.
• Support new program development including requirements analysis, team formation, and working group management.
• Assist with cross-project resource planning and management.
• Identify risks, surface issues, and drive solutions.
• Support stakeholder communication and cross-functional problem-solving.
• Help refine newsletter generation and broader content creation processes.
