Job summary

Capstone Investment Advisors invites applications for a 10-week Summer Risk Tech Internship designed to give interns practical exposure to our Risk Tech team and the broader working environment. Qualifications

• Studying towards or holding a degree in a quantitative subject (Comp Sci, Maths, Engineering, Physics or similar), or equivalent experience.
• Strong programming ability in Python, Java or C, demonstrated through projects or work experience.
• Able to explain technical ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical colleagues.
• Takes ownership of problems, from research to design and implementation.
• Bonus: experience in financial services or investment management is preferred.
• Interest in technology and artificial intelligence is encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Support the Risk Tech team's day-to-day activities and complete a defined project.
• Gain exposure to risk measurement and management across asset classes and scenarios.
• Analyse live trades and understand PnL drivers and risk factors.
