The Role: WorldQuant is seeking an exceptional individual to join our CIO Management Team as a Quantitative Project Management Intern. This is a unique opportunity for a highly analytical, motivated individual with a strong interest infinance, global markets, and technologyto gain hands-on experience supporting key initiatives across the investment organization.

The ideal candidate will bring a research-oriented mindset and a genuine curiosity for solving complex problems. They should be a self-starter, thoughtful collaborator, and creative problem-solver who is energized by challenging, open-ended work.Basic experience with Python and Jupyter notebooks is beneficial.

This role has potential to go full-time following the twelve-week internship.

Pay Transparency:

WorldQuant is a total compensation organization where you will be eligible for a base salary, discretionary performance bonus, and benefits.

To provide greater transparency to candidates, we share base pay ranges for all US-based job postings regardless of state. We set standard base pay ranges for all roles based on job function and level, benchmarked against similar stage organizations. When finalizing an offer, we will take into consideration an individual’s experience level and the qualifications they bring to the role to formulate a competitive total compensation package.

The Hourly Range For This Position Is $65.00 – $75.00 USD.
