• Familiarity with cryptocurrency markets, blockchain tech, and trading concepts.
• Sound judgement about sizing, hedging and stopping in risk scenarios.
• Proactive mindset with ability to spot opportunities and move fast.

Aufgaben

• Own live market-making strategies: tune quoting parameters, spreads, sizing and hedging, and diagnose and improve performance.
• Research, prototype and launch new quantitative strategies across venues and asset classes.
• Analyse execution quality: fill quality, adverse selection, spreads, and costs.
• Work in our configuration-as-code platform with version-controlled strategy parameters.
• Monitor live trading and manage risk through volatile markets.
• Collaborate with engineering and contribute code to trading systems.
