Old Mission Europe, a quantitative proprietary trading firm, is seeking a quant trader for our London office. You will work in a team to identify mispriced securities, price derivatives, and research new opportunities, with emphasis on disciplined decision making and risk management.

Strong programming and quantitative skills, plus 1+ year trading experience and excellent communication, are essential for success in a fast-paced, merit-based environment.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or advanced degree in a quantitative field (CS, engineering, hard sciences).
• Proficiency in Python, C++, Java, VBA, R, Matlab or Ruby.
• Ability to work in a team, even under high pressure.
• 1+ years of relevant trading experience.
• Proven trustworthiness and high ethical standards.
• Strong desire to learn and understand how systems work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
