Job summary

Pilgrim's Europe in Enniskillen is seeking a Quality Technologist to join our onsite team. The role supports production by upholding food safety and quality standards and driving customer satisfaction.

You will champion quality culture, ensure BRC and customer compliance, lead technical projects on hygiene and allergens, manage supplier relations, support audits, and use data and OPEX tools to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• HACCP & Food Safety Level 3 certification.
• Experience in food manufacturing.
• Knowledge of BRC and industry standards.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• 8-step problem solving experience.
• Experience leading third-party audits.
• Background in Food Safety/Technology.

Quality Technologist – Enniskillen (Onsite, Mon–Fri) Hours: 1 Month Mon-Thursday 6.30am- 3pm Fri 6.30am-2pm
2nd Month Mon-Thurs 3pm-11pm Fri 2pm-9pm
