Job summary

White Label Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Quality Technician for a specialist manufacturing team in an engineering environment. The role focuses on first-off, final and in-process inspection with development toward Quality Engineering and training in quality tools.

The candidate should have engineering, manufacturing or inspection experience, with good data skills and a methodical, detail-focused approach. Training will be provided in Minitab, MSA, Cp/Cpk, 8D, optical measurement, and other

Qualifications

• Engineering, manufacturing or inspection experience.
• Experience using micrometers, Verniers or similar equipment.
• Good computer and data skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• A methodical approach.
• A willingness to learn and develop.

Responsibilities

• First-off, final and in-process inspection
• Dimensional measurement and reporting
• Analysing manufacturing and quality data
• Raising and supporting closure of non-conformances
• Supporting 8D and root cause investigations
• Using optical measurement, CMM and compression testing equipment
• Supporting audits, work instructions and customer quality activity
• Identifying improvements to inspection processes
