Quality Technician (Premium Coffee Brand)

Ready for a role where no two days are the same? I am working with a leading premium coffee brand that's on the hunt for someone energetic, hands-on, and passionate about coffee, service, and solving problems. This is a truly varied position that combines relationship building, technical support, and commercial development – all while working with some of the most exciting hospitality venues on the South Coast!

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with independent hospitality venues.
• Support existing accounts and drive new business across your territory.
• Install, calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot coffee equipment (full training provided).
• Deliver on-site training to venue teams to optimise coffee quality and performance.
• Act as the technical point of contact – from preventative maintenance to reactive repairs.
• Implement brand initiatives and promotional activities at site level.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity within your region.
• Manage all admin requirements – journey planning, reports, account updates.
• Represent the brand at relevant trade events and networking opportunities.

• Commercially minded – always spotting opportunities and thinking ahead.
• A strong communicator who builds trust and rapport with ease.
• Highly organised with excellent time management.
• Comfortable working independently in the field.
• Comfortable lifting and installing equipment (physically fit and able).
• Full, clean UK driving licence and right to work in the UK.
