Job summary

The Job People Ltd is seeking a Quality Technician for a busy recycling manufacturing plant in Leamington Spa. The role offers 12-hour shifts on a 4 on 4 off cycle, with pay starting at £13.13 per hour and potential progression to a permanent contract after a qualifying period.

You will work in a warm factory environment, testing samples, recording results, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met. Training and personal development are available, with a pathway to permanent placement.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality checking/testing in a manufacturing or lab setting.
• Ability to test samples following defined procedures.
• Strong record keeping and data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality checks and sampling per set processes.
• Update records and computer systems with findings.
• Maintain a safe working environment and follow health and safety rules.
• Work unsupervised when required and adapt to shift patterns.

Quality Technician (ABQILS1) Leamington Spa, England

Salary: GBP13.13 - GBP19.7 per hour + 4 on 4 off 12hr Shifts AM&NIGHTS

The Job People are looking for Quality Technician's to join a busy recycling manufacturing plant in Leamington Spa.

The work is long term and can lead to a permanent contract after a qualifying period.

You will be required to work 4 on 4 off - consisting of x 2 shifts 7am till 7pm and x 2 shifts 7pm till 7am

You will be working in a warm / factory environment

• VARIOUS Shifts:

• Must be able to do days and nights
• Rota will be given to you for the year ahead - this will includeweekend working.
• We operate on Bank Holidays
• Pay starts from £13.13 per hour

As a Quality Technician inLeamingtonSpa, you would be required to:

• Have previous experience quality checking / testing
• Previous work within a laboratoryadvantageous
• Be able to stand for long periods of time
• Be able to test various samples following set processes
• Be able to update records and computer systems with findingsEnsure to follow all processes trained.

• Be able to work unsupervised where required.
