Role Overview:

My client, a leading food ingredients manufacturer, is seeking a bright and eager Quality & Technical Manager to join their team and develop within the current Technical & Quality setup.

This site-based role, within commuting distance of Birmingham, offers an excellent opportunity for career growth in the food industry. The position reports to the Group Head of Quality and offers potential for hybrid work arrangements.

Responsibilities:

• Leading internal, customer, and third-party accreditation audits, including BRC
• Managing site Quality Management System (QMS) and documentation
• Managing supplier approval list and conducting risk assessments
• Leading HACCP team activities

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a technical or quality-based role
• Qualification in Food Safety, Science, or Technology (desirable)
• Experience in the food industry, preferably with ingredients
• Enthusiastic, interactive personality
