Job summary

Tecniq is looking for a Quality Systems Manager in Witham, Essex, to lead the Quality team and foster a continuous improvement culture. This role involves defining and implementing the Quality Management System in line with IATF 16949 standards and managing compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Quality Systems or Quality Management within the automotive manufacturing industry.
• Strong working knowledge of IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, and SPC.
• Strong understanding of quality assurance processes within a low-volume, high-pressure manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Quality team and support employee growth.
• Define and implement the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Manage compliance with customer-specific requirements and regulatory obligations.
