You will:
Manage and develop the site Quality Management system and support Chirk's compliance to MDLZ Global Quality Policies
Key participant in site audits - for example FSSC 22000, MDLZ eQCMS, Halal, Kosher, Soil Association
Manage an effective site Sanitation Program involving site and contractor teams
Manage and develop the HACCP system, complying to MDLZ policies
Co-ordinate the Internal Audit Program
Be the Pest Control subject matter expert for site
Ensure Food Safety assessments are completed for any product, packaging and CAPEX change projects
Identify continuous improvement opportunities to drive the Food Safety agenda
Contribute to the site's Food Safety Cultural development
